The BMW x-cape room will be open to the public the following times:
Sydney: Thursday 5th April and Friday 6th April and Saturday 7th April: First session 12:00pm, last session 9:30pm
Brisbane: Thursday 12th April and Friday 13th April: First session 12:00pm, last session 9:30pm
Melbourne: Thursday 26th April and Friday 27th April: First session 12:00pm, last session 9:30pm
You can exit anytime during the event, and instructions on how to leave will be briefed to you when you arrive for your session.
Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled time to ensure you don't miss your position. We have a bar setup at the event so you can have a drink and relax before your x-cape room experience.
Yes, there will a place to leave your belongings for your group.
Yes, we encourage you to take photos to upload to social media, using the hashtag #bmwxcape.
There will be no walk-ins available, but head to vice.com/bmwxcape to put your name down on the waitlist if your city is booked out.

The x-cape room experience lasts 30 minutes, however please arrive 30 minutes early for your briefing and enjoy a complimentary drink upon arrival.
Please come in comfortable clothing, and ready to move around. Heels not recommended.
No, the event is completely free.
Yes, each x-cape room participant is eligible to test drive the first ever BMW X2, subject to availability. Participants must have a valid full Australian drivers licence.
There is no level of skill required to participate and have a great time.
Unfortunately, our Sydney and Brisbane events do not have wheelchair access. If you require wheelchair access for the Melbourne event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate details.
